Hi,
Has anyone purchased property from the government Legal Execution department? As I understand when a bank takes back the property from a a defaulter, the bank can try to sell the property. If cannot sell the property then it goes to the legal execution department who will auction the property starting at the price that is owed. I just like to hear of experience that people have had buying this way. What to watch out for.
Thanks in advance

Legal issues related to buying land, houses, condos in the LOS. Anything about contracts. Finance related, such as getting a mortgage, buying property from the bank, etc.
