The PM system is restricted due to misuse. It is not available to new members. Posting nonsense information on the site to rack up posts to allow for using the PM system is equivalent to spamming. It has the result of 'messing it up for everyone else' by clogging up the forum with a bunch of nonsense.
You must use the contact form and request an email (if you are still a new member with under the required number of posts) if you wish to contact another member.
