search facility

Putting the search facility on the top of the page may avoid multiple threads on the same subject. It's hidden unless one scrolls down.

Yeah, I didn't norice the search engine until it was too late. I would put it at the top too, plus something like:
PLEASE SEARCH FIRST USING A KEYWORD BEFORE POSTING QUESTIONS REQIURING HELP OR ADVICE.

I'm going to be updating the 'skin' to go back to the default phpbb skin soon. I will look at this then.
