this and that, update on bickering here and there

As we inch forward towards 100 members this mostly self moderating forum has had its share of unnecessary bickering.

On self promotion, best to PM me in case you suspect it. I'm looking out for it. We want to avoid being a spam magnet.

On off topic irrelevant humor and flaming. Humor with content OK, mindless bickering not necessary or attempts at humor in the Expat category, please.

Bickering: Let's keep it self moderating. If two members seem to be having problems, just either of you let it drop.

I don't want to have to start going in and editing posts and deleting posts and what not. We need to have a three strike system as I mentioned before, third strike is banishment.
