Checked With Builder.
Had bought at Global House, so Guess also in Your area.
Can also be "Yes Mouldings".
Tiles now finished in the house and have checked, and got confirmed what I belived.
Top of kitchen counter is 92 cm which mean that a litte higher then bottom of small kitchen window.
No big problem really, just have to fill in some extra wood or leftover from kitchen counter.
Felt this was better then making window a little smaller or putting it up the needed centimeters.

When painting the house my wife, as well as other that like to express their opinion said "to white, like hospital etc".
Even if house is partly grey and "vanlilla".Quite nice and builder, now so happy making mouldings within minutes framed her :-).

Also did Mount the last one we bought on perimeter wall.
But geniality strikes when least expected and I said it was "white house of thailand and my wife is First Lady" :-)
That settled the matter :-)
Anyway, did also mount sandstone "Second Lady" overlooking hallway.

And can you guess, water is coming from the chang, so i plan to make some kind of water feature along the wall.
Remember also put extra plastic pipe on the back and doblecheck ok after putting it on the wall.
Have to put on my creative hat and wait a couple of months :-)

Finished the pipes forf ventilation of the two bathrooms. Did do it myself because more easy then explain how to do.
But HOT :-).
The fan is the small Box on the wall and the big pipe is going outside, coming out in roof overhang at the back of the house.

Working with all the mouldings at windows and doors, at floor and top of inside walls made Builder expand his line of Equipment.
Nor he is very happy and come With New ideas for me all the time :D
Only hatch is he will not do for free, even if I tell him he is very clever:-(

Back in Norway for 2 months but before leaving installet 2 hk Hitachi pump for future garden irrogation.
Plan on having popup sprinklers and been Reading good rewiews on the Nan sprinklers here on the forum.
But come "later".
Total need will be about 1 rai, but not sure on how many I need, have to find out how much each sprinkler covers in diameter.
But did test the pump with 4, 0,5 inch pipes going back to the dam and one 3/4 inch for garden hose.
Pressure impressive, after 1 minute had major "blowout"
Surely hadnt got 2 pipes sufficient glued together, so now have a task to take care on when returning :-)

Also did have main gate finished together with the motor/Remote.
The man making the gate didnt want me to have automatic gate and was talking about how easy it rolled and all problems with electric breakdowns.
But at the and he understood I really would have, so he reluctantly agreed to sell me one :-)

Have also found a Company who is going to make specification for the pipes needed for the pool.
DId explain in writing about the rektangular pool with steps on the side, but seemed not clear enough, so made a drawing effort

Going back ro Norway a week ago I let builder continue working on garage and terasse and he promised
to send me photoes.
Had talked to him before left and made markings on cement for plumming etc, so hopefully ok :?
Desided to make a trench on back of garage, outside room for booster pump/water purification and also
the outside shower for pool. Make it so wide that will also take water from steel tank placed at back of
garage. Connect the trench with pipe taking water from gutter for garage.
Have already made this piping, so hopefully he had made connection before cement was made.
Picture dont clealy show, so if not
Also he has started put sandstone on front of garage.
Told him to remove lamps on the wall before doing so and he has remembered.
He asked about how to put lamps back when sandstone was added and told him to use larger schrews. Smart falang sometimes :)
Have told him that when painters is going to do their job to have the sandstone well covered because they they let Paint go "everwhere".
Hope he remember that too :)

At last some rain. Since end october only 2 evenings with rain for about 1 hour.
Understand from MIL (in the picture) that now has been some rain at last.
Water level in dam has increased by some 30 cm or about 42.000 litres.
So seems like the french drains working ok. And hopefully even better when gutters from the buildings
are connected.

Builder also continued working on back of garage. In left corner will put water tank 1.250 litres, then come
pump/water purifier room, outdoor shower for pool and last, With entrance door turning to house,
outside WC.
Before I left for Norway, did clearly mark on the wall how i wantet window in WC lowered so top level with top of door to pump room. Did show builder so still hoping will be ok :)
Luckily have local "agent" who is supplying me with pictures, but not same at being on the site myself :(

Garage getting almost finished. Tank for water will be put in the left corner and booster pump for house in the room beside.
See builder have made some more vertikal fittings then i planned, will look into that when return Buriram in 2.5 weeks.
If i tell by phone he may try to adjust it and then maybe With a worse result :)
I can see that he has lowered the window in outside WC, so happy about that.

Also have got the piping plan for the swimming pool.
Seems ok but cant find out the purpose with the "Vacum" pipe between the pool and the tank.
Hopefully I will see "the light" within a couple of weeks, but anybody can "enlight" me, Ill be very happy. :?:

Most important lesson learned and best advice to give to future builders is to stay on site during building process.
This is same advice that given earlier by other, but ok to repeat

Looking at the last picture its obvious that the door to pump house on the left should have been opened in the other direction.
Normally People will come from the area between house and garage to enter the room.
As door is now you have to "walk around" it.
Cant understand why he didnt see it himself, or even better, asked..

Same come with the conwood panel on the other side of the garage.
Instead of continuing the higher top of the panel around the corner and end it beside the door to outside toilet, he start at first corner with the lower height.
However, no big accident and can be changed.
Luckily only 2 weeks and 2 days before back in Buriram.

Hi olavhome,

How does that Conwood hold up outside, say with the sun - does it twist or with the rain on it - does it expand/swell or move, overtime?
