Picture Gallery Upgrade

yes, still working on it.

Ok thanks - tried to log into it and just an error message - thought it might have been at this end.

It is back up now. Since this is a major upgrade of the gallery software please try it out and let me know if there are problems.

Also turned on a Random picture section + a Latest Upload picture section which show on the main page. The normal click to the user albums is the same. The Random Pics + Latest pics just liven up the page a bit and allow you to click on the pic if you want to go to that album.
