more on guest access

I was just reading a post and noticed that some people are posting a guest and not using 'a handle'. If you want to post as guest, you need to fill in your handle, such as 'jimbob', 'thaiguy', 'houseman', etc. If we have a bunch of people simply decide to post everything as 'guest' than you really can't read and understand the thread.

I can turn off guest access pretty easily, I don't mind having it on if we can follow this rule. Any thoughts?
