Pattaya Aluminum

Can you post some contact of the Pattaya window company?
from here:
พัทยาอลูมินั่ม Pattaya Aluminum
038-734-939, 089750-4192
prices are inclusive, complete for white aluminum, bid by window/door size, example recent bid
180 cm x 120 cm 1.2 mm thick 3200 per window(1480 per sq mtr)/1.5 mm thick 4000 per window (1850 per sq mtr)
150 cm x 120 cm 1.2 mm thick 2800 per window(1550 per sq mtr)/1.5 mm thick 3800 per window (2210 per sq mtr)
200 cm x 40 cm 1.2 mm thick 2200 per window(2750 per sq mtr)/1.5 mm thick 2800 per window (3500 per sq mtr)
swing door
180 cm x 210 cm 1.2 mm thick 11,000(2910 per sq)/1.5 mm thick 13,000(3440 per sq)
The bids are not done on a per square meter basis as different sizes/shapes will require more/less framing and other materials. I think you will find companies with lower prices tend to bid this way as it is a more accurate reflection of the raw material cost than a blanket bid based on price per sq. meter.

Sunpax aluminium windows are not something you buy the materials for
You get them made locally
an alternative in your case and to stop any farrang price hikes would be pvc from the larger diy stores at least the price you see the price you pay
Given the quality of both aluminium and pvc i think i prefer wood
you could price up the windows now and use the price to barter a bit when you are looking around the good news is that the plastic or wood can be made off site and built into the walls and stick with standard sizes otherwise non standard draws a premium (pvc)
my comments may be wrong but never deliberately
If it aint broke, dont fix it

Situation is ander...I have already some big aluminium windows fron an other house (rented in Phuket... but there I pay for work and material together...)

But I need more to do...price I pay to the builder include the work for windows and doors...but not material...! for what i ask for price of aluminium

My idea will be to use my white alu. window downstairs + 2 more same color , and maybe some wood or wood color alu. or pvc upstairs for bathroom ???

I still don't futur i would like very much to put some wood panels on the walls, on the upstairs level ! I don't know if its possible !

Well let see slowly what's coming with the house...

I too am a fan of Pattaya Aluminum windows. I am working with a builder right now and we are likely to go with that style of window. I also want white like you said as we will have a large wooden deck that I think white goes well with. Please post some pics if you can as I like to compare different looks before I make my own selection. That would be very cool.

I don't know if any of this applies to Pattaya, but in Khon Kaen there are several makes of the White powder coated Alloy windows and doors. The best one seem to be made by a German Co Llynn, but their prices were outrageous, B 5,000 per sqmt installed. There was another local company who used a common section seen in lots of the threads posted by members, they come with the plastic protective covering which is a must I think, their cost installed was B2,000 per sqmt. I just have to make sure the sections are 1.5mm.
