Take a read through hot water and solar compared at the bottom page 1 you will find a brief reference to gas intantaneous water heaters Rinnai+national gas + Bosch and suggestions
where available

Another option is Mazuma. Both Global and HomePro carry them. I bought a 10 KW one from HomePro on sale for around 6,000 baht. I've been using it for a year and a half and have been very pleased with it.

How old is it, what sort is it gas or elecric, what size is the storage capacity. If you don't give us the details we can't even guess.
