Mike, If I can sell I plan to build in a similar vein, I have an idea I would like to develop of everything build round a court yard which would become the central point of the house. Well - that's my current dream.

Well get them there on Monday, don't threaten just do it. He will soon hear about it and when he comes around looking for any outstanding monies - well you now know how to play the next Monday game. Legally I guess you need to pay at some time (in the future) for any outstanding work - but of course...

Setup a bank account in Thailand and an account in the UK and do an internet banking transfer, From Aust. the charge is from memory $30 plus a nominal charge at the Thai end. What ever you decide to do, make sure you transfer your money to Thailand in your home country currency, you will normaly pick up a couple of points on exchange rate.
