Indeed we shall, but it is my experience that it is never a good idea to ask a question of any government official unless you already know the answer. Not knowing before you go in is like having a huge sign above your head saying 'Rob Me Blind'. And if you ask , do not show your farang face anywher...

see the thread in "Tweak List and Problem Reports" - the slow access experienced sometimes seems to be not a general problem, but a problem with one of the routers at the CAT data center in BKK, the very last one(s) before reaching the coolthaihouse server. This router(s) is/are either mal...

Thanks for the traces which i got sent per PM! It seems to be clear that the very last router before reaching the coolthaihouse server is - sometimes - dropping data packages, which causes timeouts and retries by the browser. These timeouts and retries do make it appearing slow  I'm collecting ...

Dozer...please...maybe you can change the server again? It´s still terrible slow... From within thailand or from where / Europe / USA? Do you know how to do a traceroute (see my post above) - that would show where the problem could be. I tested a few hours before you, and access was fine, from US, f...

Sun Mar 12. Still unbearably slow. Cannot believe you want a good site like yours, hosted in Thailand. Why not try http://www.3ix.org or anywhere in the USA. And then the US residents have fast access, and the Thai residents can wait again ... I'm sick of that, there is no real broadband here in LO...

I am not surprised it’s slow, routes into TH are awful at times. Might be OK on local ISP's but for global use would be better hosted somewhere else. Many lawyers / consultants will try to push you to take the "company" road. ... The inactive company argument is kind of a red herring, but companies do need to be set up properly. For example, if you are living in a house owned by a company, are you paying 'rent'? You need a rental contr...

take the right lawyer

Many lawyers / consultants will try to push you to take the "company" road. Do not listen to them, this is not only the most expensive way to "own" land, but also just temporarily tolerated. After a few years, the problems start. If the accounting is not very well done, then prob...

No need for fiction, the facts are interesting enough.

Gawd......I've been googled. regards Actually, there seems to be nothing about the holy Attila of Zamora (Spain) in google. Probably it's too long ago, a millenium is a long long time. And that with the History Channel was no joke, they show (and repeat from time to time) a quite good biogr...
