Which one offer the best insulation please ?

Air conditioning, fans, and anything related to keeping it cool, such as insulation. This would include any posts generally discussing how to keep it cool, such as which types of blocks are better insulators.... ideal wall thickness for keeping an A/C house cool, etc.

The pictures don't really show enough to judge bit the top looks like some kind of fibre, the bottom like super bubble wrap. I would probably be using the top one.

The upper one has the highest rating, but little difference between the 3 of them. Choice is yours.

How were you planning on using either of these ?
The first product (SCG Staycool) is only designed to be used above the ceiling.
The other product is designed to be fitted under the roof tiles of a new build but can be retro fitted above the ceiling in an existing house. Watch the product video on the homepro website.

I had missed that there are 3, are you sure the bubble wrap is supposed to be fitted under the roof covering? The silver film certainly is and is really only effective if fitted that way.

The product info on the homepro website shows a diagram and video of both polynum products being used the same way, under the roof tiles. The “classic” and “extra” both come in 25m rolls, which is a size you would normally use under the tiles while the insulation bats that go over the ceiling (ie the SCG staycool) are usually 4m long. Of course that could be an error / laziness on Homepro’s side !
My Thai reading skills are not up to the technical info stuff so I am just going by the video and pictures, and by what generic info Google has on polynum insulation.

I'd go with the first because it has somewhat better sound dampening qualities than polynum. The type pictured is the thickest and therefore best type they make (150mm thick rolls). Nothing wrong with polynum though which is a sheet of plastic bubble wrap sandwiched in foil yielding insulative and sound dampening qualities. For a more fair comparison you'd want to compare 2 layers of polynum against theose super thick rolls of SCG fiberglass. Polynum works best when you have it applied to top and bottom with an air gap between.

Here are some polynum installation types. Notice the use of laths to make air gaps that prevent heat conduction.
