Thank you for the information, Sir. Very much appreciated! Would have replied via PM, but apparently I'm too new here to get a PM license :)
We are State side for a few more months, shoot me your email address and we'll stay in touch. Would like to meet you and see your new digs in Ubon!

Our best to you & family!

Agree, look really nice :-)
What kind of grass did you use?
Hope the clean the ground for old grass before putting on the new.
They didnt do that with mine and now we are "punished"
I asked about giving some weed poisoning a week before they laid new grass but they said: No need will take away and new will not come trough new grass. Not correct
Anyway, will use opportunity to wish everyone a Marry Christmas :D

Not just downtown, but around town and out of town too !!
I don't know why but there seems to be quite a boom happening around Ubon.

New roof over pool area in an attempt to stop the water getting too hot during the day and to protect the kids from the sun
