the cost of additional floor in the townhouse

Anything to do with prices. Raw material prices or prices for finished material (or labor such as well drilling). Project prices (how much will it cost??), etc.

Goodafternoon to everybody! I would like to ask you:
We have 4 floor townhouse with 69 square meters each floor.
What will be the total cost of building (materials and labour) of the additional floor with the flat roof?
And the cost of townhouse renovation?

Depends if you pay with apples or oranges.

Come on, you really expect an answer with a question like is?
Give proper details and you'll likely get very good and very detailed answers from many of the members here.

But the answer would be a low of ฿5,000 sqm ฿345,000 to a high of ฿26,000 sqm or ฿1,800,000. It depends on what you want.

I want to calculate the cost of building additional walls and roof with all materials (blocks, cement, etc) and labour costs. The payment will be in thb, not in oranges. And of course, i want to spend as little as possible. Is 4000 thb per m2 real? Maybe you will recommend me some company?
And what about renovation - the avarage price for m2?

I made an addition for my townhouse in Hua Hin. It was a covered carport with flat concrete root. The area is 24 sqm. The quotation with walls was THB 400,000, without walls 300,000.

A simple roof (2 by 4 m) with insulated metal sheet was THB 15,000.

The costs vary from region, design and materials used (type of bricks, window type and size, roof design).. A realistic assumption for a simple structure is 10,000+ THB/sqm.

I recommend to make a plan and then ask for quotations.

By the way, is your existing structure strong enough for an additional floor?
