Back in Jomtien, at the condo. I was going to do some more pics, but the "net has dropped off, back to 28Kbps.
Was D/ling at 4 Mbts.....T I T .....
Well, tileing complete for all of the first floor. Need to do a touch up of all the areas that had at least 1 coat of primer.

Recap......6X6 M2, outside area, bathroom was 9 M2, plus 22 M2 walls , and 27 M2, so just short of 100 M2 of tile. @ 70 THB a M2.
Tile was about $21 K THB, to assemble and plumb the bathroom, but not Ele..$5,500 THB. That included sink, sink base, shower, drains, mirror, and flush toilet.

Plumbing lines are surface run, outside, that I will box in with "Smartwood" fence plank, so if there is a problem all the water will be outside.

Looking at my "Aircard" back to hi-speed, so I will try a few pics.......

bathroom floor tile, looking out into the "inclosed space" that was tiled in the fake wood pattern tile. Yi did a excellent job of lining up the tile from the outside, inside and bathroom

About time to get back to the village.
Last trip I did find out who/where and cost to get adsl from TOT, Sat TV and with engrish channels (pay monthly at 7/11) after paying for instalation ( 1K B) each...

Electric is a different matter, put in 4 poles(800 B each, plus concrete and labor another 1200B for all four), and a person came from the electric co and from what I understand for 10K B can have a meter next day, for 200 M of cable from meter to house, meter, and labor .
4600B meter, 5K B for cable, 1500B labor , that would be almost 11K B all in.

For those of you following the story, my mums estate finally settled.
We are keeping that quiet, as you know all Falang are very rich. But I'm not one of them :)
