Our plan.jpg
This was our plan. We did not follow it, changes happened all the time. But we had a plan!
Before.jpg
This is how we started.
Walls down.jpg
Here we have taken down some walls and open up a door to partybath.
Demolition man.jpg
Much easier to destroy than to build up!
South.jpg
There was a big watertank and some buildings south of the house.
Livingroom.jpg
What was going to be the livingroom before we started.
West.jpg
West side before we started

Diningroom.jpg
Wardrobes in mast bed.jpg
These are made by local artists in Baan Huai Sak.
Kitchen.jpg
Cabinettes made by same guys that made the wardrobes. Excellent work.
Partybathroom.jpg
I like the urinal. When I wake up in middle of the night I rather go to this bathroom, 15 m away than to toilet in master bath, 4 m away.
New livingroom.jpg
Double ceiling in both living and dining room
South, new roof etc.jpg
We put a new roof over kitchen, bathroom and also over balcony in front of the house
Mast bath before.jpg
Nothing...

Some of the walls are now plastered and painted. But that is expensive. Good paint costs a fortune.

G'day Svenivan,

Wow, what a difference, you must be very proud and rightly so. really nice pictures and an amazing refit.
My wife loves the wardrobe doors in the master bedroom, how much were they?

Have you had much drama with work contracted out such as kitchen, wardrobes etc.
