Nice one otis .. look forward to your blog.

And :| if you can keep to the long-hand version of English [even that funny American English :lol: ] your readers will enjoy it even more.

I think some who are not strong on the English language find abbreviated writing very difficult to follow and therefore don't always get the full story :(

why r so many items plastic these days?
This was really a nice experience last saturday. Came down stairs to find a small lake in most of downstairs and water (fortunately) mostly going out the doors.
Lessons lernt:
make slight slope towards outside doors when laying tiles
that being too much trouble resort to plan B
B. Make all areas where water is run n or used lower than other home area.
This we did for upstairs w/c but not for kitchen nor downstairs lu
plan B not possible try plan C
C. Use all copper or other metal fittings; that not being possible opt plan D;
D. Add a low point drain for kitchen n wash areas;
.
If possible do all of above.

pics of the Griffer n action @ 11mo's he's getting pretty active n between knoggen knockers. Is big job to keep him from hurting himself as he just wants doing anything with moving. We still await a gate for stair bottom so as not need watch him so much to keep him climbing up stairs.
Sunday he wanted playin with bug zapper which he mostly smashed up pretty good already. Zapper was operating, so seemed quickest to unplug it & then get it away from him ok? Nope. Z zapper has good sized capacitor inside & even at unplugged it gives him a real good zap. So papa thinks ok cap is discharged after zapping grif but no no no, lots o juice still there + pops know why grif crying so much. Today he wants nothing to do with Mr. Zapper.

What was the appliance? If there was rain, I assume the switch is outside? Looks like it shorted at the plug not the appliance, probably water got in and arched. You should install special outdoor waterproof switches/covers.

not too bad for ping pong but your using some as a playhouse for the little fella no doubt he will be crawling on it at the very least chewing it a posibiliy or even dropping food in ther and eating it as kids do you might be better treating the outside only good idea on the fence though :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
