Compressed bamboo for decks

Postby zebrafilm » Fri Feb 12, 2016 9:37 pm

Our builder showed some compressed bamboo planks fr decks. (we will get a lot)
They look like tropical wood and are heavy and strong. They look better than the composite versions and are about the same in price. They get locket with a clip system so no screws needed but every 1-2 years it needs a new layer of oil.

Guess something like this: http://www.decksgo.com/bamboo-decking.html

Anybody experience with it?

We have been importing and installing solid bamboo flooring for about 3 years and all clients have been very happy with the result. The boards are long and wide (1850 x 132 x 14 mm) and create an excellent durable floor. Prices are very competitive.
We can also supply solid bamboo decking 1870 x 139 x 20 mm which also use a concealed fixing system.
All enquiries are welcome.
