on the e'trickty side
still got 40m or so of #14x3 wire so that is covered
also have 2 wall boxes n 20 or so rocker switches n plates plus a 32w fc fixture w/ballast for light
also the 1st floor box has a spare breaker tied to the rcbo & surge protector so plan a tap there thru wall
leaving me needing 20m of yellow pvc 3/4'' plus 6 lr ells and maybe 6 c clamps to hang pvc on outside wall + have buss box but need 2 buss rails to split inside wire + add 3 wall mount socket boxes to go with exposed wire inside + ?? A sparky for running or diy & surge protector so plan a tap there thru wall

still not happy with costs there
with wood supports n shingles looks like 8k (4 + 4) under consideration
just simple metal supported on small trees as common to thai to which wife wants inside ceiling
still cojitating as have 14 of leftover steel ؟ ? Was how to tie wood to steel- maybe U clamps- i really want 2C my leftover 2'' C steel used! Now is just stored under car parking roof- wasting away. Any suggestions?

Otis take at look at max and bee,s thread page 110 there are links to some ! roofing screw,s ) avalable ther ok they are a self drilling screw so should have no problem with fixing your wood to steel i would suggest you drill the wood first to save the drill for the steel where you need it most

For some reason probably the medication i cannot co-ordinate to copy stuff but there is halfway down page 110 a link to some samples you can find them in you local builder shop usually

ok so the race is on. Started a 4.5x3.5m build. The sooner done the better for a mulitude of reasons. Today went in 4 columns and 80% of roof frame. Sorry no pics but will grab 1 st crack of light to my sleeper peepers. Ok so am out about 7k tb as in 2k for columns 4k on woods and 500tb sundry items- diesel for wify father o runin+ 200 on lao & 500tb misc electricals. Tomorrow comes fun part when wify finds out she getting a corrigated tin roof, as in fiddler on a hot tin roof. Priced other options today n seems like budget breakers, std thai fiber roof priced in at 90pc 55bt/ea plus 13 cappers abt 5k tb then spent an hour with color bond man- looked at sunshine metals fab shop on n side of cr/cm highwy abt 4km east of cr mai sai junction. No definative price from man but to say metal is no competitor to fiber stuff. Also priced tiles at abt 12k tb. Interesting that roof is most costly item- bodes well for 2 story flats. The grey/no color fiber roofing came in @45tb/pannel so now understand why some house roofs lack color. My goal: a functional room asap @least cost to move inet cafe out of house. - developing -
