Chap...finishing wall

my workers are not good for plastering...its 3 times now I explain to them that they need to do the first coat with 1 ciment and 1 sand..and to finish with 1 ciment and 1/2 sand....

grr one time ist to liquid for the first one , one time is to thick...I really don't know anymore what to do

I am afraid that the plastering didnt stay well on wall

any advices ? thanck's

sunpax,
Buy some Lanko (I forget the number), add a couple of cups at the start, then add water until the mixture is firm. It goes on easier, stays there, bonds with the wall, and stretches so you don't get cracks.

Its a catastrophe..they use 20 bags ciment for 30m2 :)) 1000 kg for 30 m2 when its suppose to be 8 kg by m2 !!!

like this I will not have enought money to plaster the all walls....and they undestand nothing..

An other bad day

Can someone please tell me if I am wrong with quantities ? to know 1 bag ciment for 1/2 bag sand ?
