Thanck's ...so here it is :

From Jazzman

Ingredients:
68 Breeze blocks 29 x 19 x 7 @ 3.50 to 4.80 each depending where you live, average 278.00
3 pcs. RB9 approx 60.00 - 75.00 each, depending on current prices. 'bau' quality is OK for this job. average 202.00
1 column approx 3 m 200.00 - depending whether you buy ready made, or make it yourself. average 200.00
0.258 cu self-mixed concrete approx 200.00
Rendering (sand & special cement) approx 160.00
Mortar for bricks approx 160.00
TOTAL 1,200.00

.............................

hum breeze block are not 39 x 19 x 7 ?
ok so 68 blocks means : 0.39 x 0.19 = 0.0741 = 1 m : 0.0741 = 13 .49. blocks

so 68 : 13.5 = 5 m2........160 bahts : 5 = 32 B for 1 m2....one bag cement 135 b : 32 = 4.21 ....50 kg : 4.21 = 11.87 kg for 1 m2.

approximative : 11.8 kg by m2 !!!

well now i have 3 measures : 7 , 10 and 11.8 so its mean must be around 10 kg !!!

But I better calculate with 12 kg..loll but still better than my BOQ who say : 50 kg for 1 m2

any comment about ?

umm pretty much as i was thinking geo
my guess is 1.5bags cement + corresponding sand & water per 12sq. Meters
the bags are 45kg each so about 63kg/12sqm or 5kg/sm guess only
no warranty implied or expressed
just seems they like to mix 1 bag lots on floor
sometimes a mix do a wall, other times they mix xtra half bag as supplimental
is bit o slap n dabb or bit o slip twixt cup n lip & other times seems a bit skimpy - is no exact science - depends somewhat upon dabber and trowel worker but is my guess, 5kg/sm of wall

Yes no exact science..but Otis 5 kg seems for me (and what I read around , even in French ;) too low...but !!! with my super limited budget i prefer calculate with 12 kg...

And also because Thai workers have them own way to work ...was a need for me to ask again...like by exemple the way they put tiles on the ground with so much cement ..10 cms or more !!!
