Multi-tiered roof - complexity and cost?

We're considering a multi-tiered roof in our design, like pictured. Any thoughts on complexity, additional cost or issues with building this style roof?

It looks more complex then it really is . Sure , costs are higher due to more work involved , The bending is done by partially cutting the steel each XX cm ( XX smaller is larger bend ) and it goes quite fast . The stepping is done by welding a piece of xx cm at the beams . The roof itself if done like on your pics , then you will need more startpieces since you have more edges , but that is about it .

Thanks Sezze, great to understand a little better how that style is constructed.
