Postby WingMan » Tue Dec 01, 2015 3:58 pm

Hello all,

I am Leo.
I am from The Netherlands.
I have been coming to Thailand since 1999 and we want to move to Thailand in about 2 years from now.
So around start of 2018.
My wife and I, more my wife shall do so :-) , want to buy some land in the region of Chachoengsao city.
We look for a plot between 3 ngaan and 1 rai.
We want to build a good, like moust of us here i presume, good quality single story house with 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on it.
And a good, so not to small, size of swimming pool.
We firstly want to start building when we are here permanently.
To avoid headache of things done the way we not wanted it.
I hope i not get to much headache from all the reading and getting information and ideas in here?

Thanks for the welcome.

If I am in Thailand I drink LEO even with ice also since many years.
I'm probably a little bit, like the French, chauvinistic.
This is better for my shares too. :D

There is SO much to read here.
But i do have some time.
