Hi there

Postby phoenixboy » Mon Jul 16, 2012 11:06 pm

I am Irish and semi retired. I am planning on living 6 months in Thailand and 6 months at home.

Have just purchased a site in Huay Yai district, Just outside Pattaya, in Teelacs name of course and intend to build there soon. Just came across this site today and am hoping to pick up some useful info re the whole process here.

The site is very close to Phoenix golf club hence the name.

Hey PhoenixBoy
Welcome to the website!!
Irish hey?? Well.... We will try not to hold that against you
but at least your are not a Brit. That should count for something!!!
( Note to self, I realy should not be writing these welcome replies while drinking  )
any way this is great site ( burp) and you will learn a lot here (hicc), as long as you stay out of treads such as "Margaret Thatcher" where I am afraid you will learn some very very disterbing facts about some of the members of this forum.
You all know who you are  !!!!
I talk to my self because I am the only one who will listen
