First house in Thailand

I would like to thank the peole in charge of this site . I like itand its handy tks. Second, i am new to Thailand and would like to build a 3 bedroom house in Nakhon Sawan(Tha Tako is not far from N-S) on my girlfriend s land. I m Canadian ,42 years old ,plan to live here 4-6 months a year, until retirement (55-62) not sure yet with what is going on...The land is 3 rai.

Welcome Theburl. What a great adventure you have waiting for you. My advice on housebuilding: keep it simple and do it in stages that coincide when you are on site.

I am not sure which is the more important ! i think the being on site at all time,s work is going on Keeping it simple is not enough although in fairness they can acheive when pushed Take a look at robert K,s build ??
