I believe fixed priced per rai is a better way to go than per truck load, just my opinion........I had clearly marked marked 50cm datums on trees etc and stakes at random places which was easy to check.........Per truck load ???.....yeah sure, the first few loads while you are standing there watching will be full, they hand over their ticket and away they go for the next load....an hour or two of this and boredom might set in and short loads will certainly appear...again, just my opinion

TB 120,000 per Rai x 1 meter deep, is TB 75 per m3.

That's a good average rate.

Pipoz, I take your word for that......We checked with 4-5 land fill companies...All were quoting 120K per rai...One guy quoted 140K tho' saying he needed to pay the police....Our guy did a decent job , I will use him again should I need to add more fill in the future.....

The TB 75 per m3 was about the price that I paid about 3 years ago for mine in Udon Thani

When I bought the land 2 years ago, 700 Baht per 10 wheel load was being quoted or 110k per rai......Back end of last year it was 800 Baht....I guess I was sort of happy to pay the 120k this year...Its the price we have to pay to stay dry....
