Thank you for putting in a tremendous amount of work into this web site. I have never built a custom home ih US but have owned at least 50 houses. I am moving to Udon Thani next year and probably will buy the house we are renting, but would love to have a 2nd home (shared with my brother) in Jontiem. I bookmarked the site and hope I remember it when the time comes.
