I posted some general project details a while back on the coolthaihouse blog, this is just a followup reall.

click the link below for a chronological history of the build to date. We are about 2 mos from completion of the house, pool and poolhouse are to be about an additional 2 months.

Budget overages are pretty much exactly as expected, largely due to the diesel price hikes and the island build.

Nice looking setting. Haven't seen a hillside build before, the pics were interesting. How big is the finished project, how many floors and how many sq. meters?

Dozer,
The house was designed as a single story, but was engineered for an additional 2 stories below if we choose.

Actual indoor living area including pool house will be around 170. Patio area easily doubles (maybe triples) that.
