Looks pretty good Andy.
That front entrance hallway is a little long or 'am I looking at it wrong?

I'll have to post a dwg of my house plans to get your critique.

Thanks Boon Mee, The front entrance just goes into a big living area, what looks like a hallway is actually the two support beams to eliminate two columns , they shouldnt be on that floor plan oops. :?
I wanted to have nice open living areas and outside undercover deck areas. It is a simple plan in the hope of keeping costs down and without overtaxing the local builders with architectural clutter.
Our builder is having the plans redone to Thai working specs so what I have posted is my draft for him to work with.

I did have some nice front and rear elevation drawings but in my absence from the work computer they have "dissapeared"
