Just a quick update........
Tile ordered and delivered, 130 B M2 to 180 B M2, plus primer for down stairs.
Inclosed space is done, and bathroom next, then the 6X6 m space.{porch}
Cement, grout, corner/edge "make pretty" ( in bathroom, 2 M up the wall) oh, that was another 22 M2) of tile.
Pics to follow {maybe dsl/adsl internet tomorrow }. :) :)
So far I am doing all the primer/painting myself. Inside downstairs and "porch" took
just over 3-5gallon pails of primer. 2 coats of NON-watered down primer.

Have not started on the outside, or ceiling yet.
Tile, grout, cement, etc just a bit over 20K THB
Primer 850 THB per 5 gal bucket
Installing all bathroom fixtures, and 2000 L water tank and pump, with bypass of city water, concrete pad for tank and pump....
5,500 THB
Laying tile & grout @ 70 THB a M2, 30+ M of "make pretty" included (76 M2)aprox
M&N
Pics to follow when fast "net connection" installed, or when back in Jomtien.

In town, family dog, one of 3 bit a neighbors little girl. Dog probally weighs more than the girl. If you have followed the story "Deng" is the dog.
So, I'm sitting at the hospital in Renu Nakon......
