I think they're finished. The fill is about 4 metres high and about 80 metres by 30 metres in size:

80 x 30 meters area which is somewhat smaller.

This house is a typical case of how not to build in Thailand. Today they're installing air-conditioning for the master-bedroom on the south side.
It must be boiling in there, even long after sunset because besides it being only single grey block, there's a 2-metre wide concrete walkway / heat-sink underneath those windows.

If there's anywhere in Thailand suited to living without air-conditioning it's here.
The climate is ideal and evenings hardly ever get above 25 degrees Celsius.
All those living in my house plus the many guests who've stayed here have never needed air-conditioning.
