Great stuff CDN do like the steel beam at the head of pool.

Good to see a long span supporting a lot of roof without posts.

Cracking place looks great all round same as bill love the trusses the pool goes down some distance what was the maximum depth for the tank
the roofer looked to be good too, some nice lines there
my comments may be wrong but never deliberately
If it aint broke, dont fix it

The tank is a bit over 3 meters deep, about 45,000 liters capacity but that would be right to the top. With inlets and overflow pipes probably more like 40,000 usable.

Deceiving loked several times trying to guess i thought four mtrs below grade but your ground beams look taller than the norm as well so its probably the camera combined with angle,s is that a prefab fence around the place it looks nice ?
As for reserving judgement on the builder i don,t blame you its usually the fine touches that the job falls down and the stress begins :( :( did you do your own design ?

Yes, pre-fab fence by Ready Fence. My own design for the house, drew up the floor plan with software and then a local guy here did the actual plans.

I did exactly the same on my build but the plans were not very detailed and left me exposed for extras at the end, your design looks very similar to mine except I ended up with the pool at the side of the house. Did you put any corridoors in or are are the rooms only accessable from outside. If I built again I would change a few things but I am still quite pleased with the result.

This forum and builds done by my friends helped a lot and saved quite a few pitfalls along the way, the house ended up costing just under 4 million and the pool \ carport \ pump house another 1.2 million. If possible can you post a floor plan and best of luck with completing your build and keep the pictures comming.

Yes, the house has corridors inside. I tried to post a pdf of the floor plan from the punch software I used but the file was too big. Will try a different approach when I get a minute.
