I can answer the labour component:

roof metal installation is between 50 and 60 baht per sqm, so for you should be between 10248 and 12297 baht.

roof tile installation (including aluminium foil) is 18 baht per sqm, so for you should be 3690 baht.

Note that the measurement are 2D, they need to be converted to 3D, so add another 10%.

Maybe someone else can help on calculating the number of tiles needed....
