hI NEED ADVICE, MY MOTHER IN-LAW HOUSE IS AN OLD WOOD HOUSE, NOW I WISH TO RECYCLE THE WOOD AND PLAN TO BUILD A 2 STOREY OPEN TERRACE ROOF HOUSE (DEMOLISH THE OLD WOOD HOUSE AND REBUILD THE 2 STOREY OPEN TERRACE ROOF HOUSE.
AN HOUSE WITH WITH AND THE HOUSE WITH OPEN ROOF TOP TERRACE HOUSE. PRICE COMPARE ==== ROOF COST AGAINST OPEN ROOF TOP ??/
IT WILL BE IN NAKHON SAWAN == TAKHLI.
NEED ADVICE == NOW PLANNING HOW BIG TO BUILD, BASIC 2 ROOM ON 2ND STOREY, BELOW WILL BE LIVING HALL TOGETHER BUDDHA HALL AND 1 SMALL ROOM, DINNING AREA, KITCHEN WITH BE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.
NEED ADVICE ON THE PRICE WITHOUT THE COST OF A GARDEN.JUST THE BUILDING ITSELF NO HOME APPLIANCE INVOLVE

too mutch information and too little you have asked several questions that no one can answer how big to build is up to you how mutch it will cost is also up to you as to what sort of quality of finish you want that will govern the cost
for mum in law cheapest solution is a bungalow with a pitched roof read jazzman motel build
you can stay basic without looking too cheap sizing is on 12ft squares usually a second floor is always more expensive because of the hassle working at height a terraced roof will add costs because it is structural to allow people to use it therfore it will require great strength and costs as in adding stairs waterproofing ect for little benifit unless you have a spectacular view you want to impress with good luck anyway do a bit more reading and get a better idea of what you want look at other members builds decide what will suit your needs then you can start thinking about costs

Hi there do you have photos of the current house and plot of land if so whynot post them. Also do you want to build the new house to the same footprint size if so what is that size if not what size do you want it?
