I did not know we had a "Disasters" section in this CTH.
Why isn't FREDIC's build in this section :lol:

Because I'm a glass-is-half-full kind of guy while you seem to be the glass-is-half-empty type.
I am an optimist and prepare for the worst while hoping for the best and to that end I take risks and have done so very successfully all my life.
You I assume are a pessimist and believe that Murphy's Law applies to your life and so you know that if it can go wrong it definitely will.

(All tongue in cheek of course :D so don't praise me if I'm right and don't attack me if I'm wrong.)

With all the foreclosed housing available in the US I think NASA decided to consecrated on the domestic housing market.
