Thai Fonts on the Homepage

Thai characters can't currently display on the homepage (in the current forum posts section), I will look into this.

Will be testing fixes to the homepage today periodically. If you list the homepage (www.coolthaihouse.com) and it is misformatted or not there, try again in 2 minutes.
